Virtual Currency, Purchases & Refunds

1) Virtual currency is not real money

PeakJoyCanada may offer virtual items such as coins, chips, tokens, points, boosts, or similar (“Virtual Currency”). Virtual Currency has no cash value, is not withdrawable, and is not redeemable for money, prizes, or any thing of value outside the Service. Virtual Currency is licensed for use within the Service only and is non-transferable except where required by law.

You may be able to purchase Virtual Currency and/or digital items. Purchases are optional and are not required to use basic features. Prices are shown at the point of purchase, typically in Canadian dollars (CAD), and may include applicable taxes (e.g., GST/HST) as required. Your bank, card issuer, or app store may apply additional fees or currency conversion charges.
